Eligible for Refund
- The product is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- A critical feature advertised at the time of purchase is permanently unavailable
- Your license was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- Duplicate charge or billing error confirmed by our payment processor
Not Eligible
- Game bans or account suspensions resulting from product use
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
- Failure to follow setup instructions or system requirements
- Product working as intended but not meeting personal expectations
- More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase
- The license key has already been activated and used
- Third-party software conflicts causing issues
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final. The refund window begins at the moment of successful payment confirmation.
How to Request
To request a refund, open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order details including the license key, payment method, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the current market rate at the time of the refund, not the rate at the time of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or service credit instead of a full refund. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on the nature of the issue, time of use, and circumstances surrounding the request.
Important: Attempting to dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting our support team will result in permanent blacklisting from all Stuxnet services. Always contact support first.
