1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Stuxnet website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Account & License
Each license key purchased is tied to a single hardware identifier (HWID). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key without authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
3. Permitted Use
Our software is provided for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use our products for any illegal activities, competitive gaming tournaments with prize pools, or any purpose that violates the terms of third-party platforms. Stuxnet is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, code, designs, and materials available through Stuxnet are the intellectual property of Stuxnet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without express written permission.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service disruptions. We will communicate planned downtime through our Discord server and Status page when possible.
6. HWID Resets
Each license includes HWID reset capability. Resets are limited to once every 24 hours per license key. If you require additional resets due to hardware changes, contact our support team via Discord. Abuse of the HWID reset system may result in suspension of reset privileges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stuxnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
